General Terms and Conditions for Reservations
CONFIRMATION OF ROOM ACCOMMODATION / BOOKING:
- All bookings require FULL payment for confirmation.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- DAILY RATES – One (1) night charge if canceled within three (3) days prior to check-in date.
- WEEKLY RATES- Two (2) nights charge if canceled within fourteen (14) days prior to check-in date.
- MONTHLY RATES – One (1) month charge if cancellation is within one (1) month prior to check-in date.
NO SHOW POLICY:
- DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY RATES – Full payments/deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
PROMOTIONAL RATES
- Daily, Weekly, & Monthly: Full payment /deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
BOOKING MODIFICATIONS / RE-BOOKINGS:
- DAILY & WEEKLY RATES – At least three (3) days prior to arrival date, subject to room availability.
- MONTHLY RATES – At least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival date, subject to room availability.
INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT POLICY:
For all reservations, the Alicia Apartelle requires a deposit for incidental charges upon check-in.
· DAILY RATES – PHP 1,000
· WEEKLY RATES – PHP 3,000
· MONTHLY RATES – Equivalent to 1 month room charge
ELECTRICITY CHARGES:
- DAILY RATES – Electricity consumption is included in the room rate.
- WEEKLY & MONTHLY RATES – Electricity consumption will be billed based on electric meter reading per room. It is computed based on actual charge consumed x 12% VAT plus 25% CUSA charge.
12% VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX):
- DAILY, WEEKLY & MONTHLY RATES - Taxes are included in the room rates.
